A Player Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. Wimbox reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of up to MYR 50 to dormant accounts with a positive Player Funds balance, after providing at least thirty (30) days written notice to the registered email address.
Wimbox offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the following general bonus conditions.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable Player Funds. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms (commonly between X10 and X30).
While Bonus Funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per spin is MYR 250 unless the applicable promotion specifies a different limit. Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

Birthday bonuses are credited based on VIP tier level (Bronze: MYR 188 / Silver: MYR 388 / Gold: MYR 888 / VIP: MYR 2,688) subject to verification of date of birth and satisfaction of minimum activity requirements. Referral bonuses of MYR 38 per qualifying referral are payable after the referred Player satisfies the minimum deposit and wagering conditions.
